Titulo: Climate Change Adaptation and Sustainable Development of Mongolia
Resumo: Since 1990 Mongolia has succeeded in delivering democracy and economic growth. Vulnerability of pastoral systems to climate change and overstocking increased. Water resources reduction and land degradation have passed safety thresholds. Notwithstanding these trends, Mongolia has opportunity to build an exemplary model of sustainable development, enhancing natural, cultural and social resilience to future environmental changes.
